Folios 134-135: Charles Rowley, HMS Eagle. Reports that on 20 May he wrote from Cadiz, through Rear Admiral Francis Pickmore, to say that Captain Griffin of the Royal Marines had been invalided and to ask for a replacement. As he has heard nothing since, presumes his letter went astray, repeats his request.
