Folios 121-122: Edward Rodney, HMS Fylla, Portsmouth. Reports that under orders from Admiral George Cranfield Berkeley he sailed from Lisbon on 21 September carrying Monsieur Pavetic, late Governor of Salamanca and intended Governor of Almeida and Commander in Chief of the Gens d'Armes employed in Portugal. Asks for the usual allowance for entertaining him on the voyage.
