Folios 35-36: Peter Ranier, Sutton. Reports that his accounts for his time in command of HMS Caroline in March to May 1807 were sent to the Navy Office and arrived safely except for the Carpenter's expenses. These are still aboard the ship and she is in the East Indies. Asks to be allowed to dispense with the Carpenter's accounts so he can draw his pay.
