Folios 312-313: Thomas Byam Martin, London. He acquaints them that on 22 May 1793 he directed a packet to his Agents Mr Christopher Cooke, London containing the Journals & Certificates necessary for obtaining his Pay for the following ships:- HMS Inconstant from 22 April 1791 to 7 September 1791, HMS Juno from 8 September 1791 to 22 May 1793 which papers having been lost. Request a dispensing order so that he may receive the pay due to him.
Folio 314: enclosure [attached]: with folios 312-313. Deponent by Thomas Byam Martin, dated 30 July 1795. Maketh oath that the Journals and Certificates necessary for obtaining his pay as Lieutenant of HMS Inconstant and HMS Juno were sent to his Agent os mentioned in his letter to Evan Nepean of 27 March 1795.
