Folios 252-253: Charles John Moore Mansfield, HMS Andromache, Lisbon. Reports that he sailed in HMS Andromache from St John's Newfoundland on 8 November 1795 having under Convoy the Trade bound to the Ports of Spain, Portugal and the Mediterranean and that he arrived in this Port on 18 December 1795. The Convoy is all safe although some separated. The Orders of Sir James Wallace being discretionary with regard to his calling at Cadiz he judged it expedient to put into Lisbon. He has been ordered by Captain Israel Pellew of HMS Amphion to put himself under his command.
