Folios 243-244: Charles John Moore Mansfield, HMS Andromache, Spithead. States having received a letter from His Excellency Major General James Leith, Governor of the Leeward Islands to take him and his suit on a passage in HMS Andromache and having received Orders form the Admiralty to receive on board Brigadier General William Myers together with his Suit, Servants and Baggage for a passage to the Leeward Islands. He requests to be informed of the number of Officers he is to receive and what allowance he will be allowed.
