Folios 241-242: Isaac George Manley, Eye, [Oxford?]: In his letter to Mr Stephens of 30 October 1795 he acquainted him of his capture on his Passage from India to England (being Invalided) by a French Squadron, was carried to the Chesapeake - and had his Parole of Honour to return to England - and having lately been exchanged for an Officer of equal rank. He requests they acquaint the Admiralty that he ready to serve.
