Folios 237-238: Isaac George Manley, Oxford. Reply to yours dated 29 July 1795 with orders to discharge himself and Lieutenant from the Regulating Service and close his accounts, he has therefore discharged himself and Lieutenant Saunders and Lieutenant Brooks and closed his accounts. Inclosed [not present] is a List of all men enrolled by him for the County of Oxford - Twenty Seven short of the complement agreeable to the Quota mentioned in the Act of Parliament.
