Folios 212-213: Micajah Malbon, HMS Kite. He reports that he has received a letter from Admiral Adam Duncan dated 24 November 1795 informing him that the Admiralty have not given any answer to his [Admiral Adam Duncan's] letter respecting the Brigg detained by him at Norway. That the papers he had received from him [Micajah Malbon] respecting the said Brigg were put on board HMS Leopard and Captain William Swaffield requested to forward them to him [Micajah Malbon] which he shall transmit to Mr Heseltine as soon as he receives them, with his affidavit.
