Folios 198-199: Micajah Malbon, HMS Kite, Galleons. Reports that HMS Kite did not receive her Guns and Gunners Stores until yesterday. He expects the powder on board every hour and should have weighd this morning but the Pilot would not take charge and their Lordships may depend he will as soon as possible proceed to the Nore where he shall wait their further orders.
