Folios 169-170: Pulteney Malcolm, HMS Fox, Spithead. Reports that he has today received orders from Admiral Sir Peter Parker to complete HMS Fox for foreign Service. He reports that the Ballast is in a poor state and also the Bottom of HMS Fox has been twice run aground and so has some damage. Requests permission to delay his departure and for directions to be given for repairs to be carried out.
