Folios 162-163: Pulteney Malcolm, HMS Fox, Downs. He understands there are several Boys at the Blue Coat School qualified for School Masters. He requests they forward his request to the Governors that one may be sent to HMS Fox to act in that capacity. PS He has applied to the Governors of the School who will send him a Journey Man when his application come to them from the Admiralty.
