Folios 138-139: James Macnamara, Gibraltar. Reports that the Queen Charlotte Cutter passed through the Straight on the 29 March 1795 (Being 9 days from Falmouth) with dispatches from Government for the Mediterranean - the Commander of the Cutter sent him two letters, one for Mr Dundas & the other for the India House -which he has forwarded in General Charles Rainsford's Dispatches for England. The Cutter only hove to in the Bay about an hour & proceeded on her voyage.
