Folios 130-131: Alexander Mackay, Admiralty Office. (Late Regulating Captain at Aberdeen). He wrote previously on 24 November 1795 and 4 December 1795 on the subject of an allowance of pay from 4 October 1795 to the 4 November 1795 being detained that space of time, after receiving their letter of recall, with some volunteers which he had shipped off for the Nore from Aberdeen. Requests he be allowed the pay for the above period.
