Folios 113-114: Alexander Mackay, [Stonehouse near Plymouth] C/O [His Agents] Messrs Marsh & Creed, 23 Norfolk Street, Strand. Acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 3 April 1795 acquainting him of his appointment to the Regulating Service in Scotland. He will come to Town in order that no time is lost in taking up his post & his rank as Master & Commander he could wish to be Regulating Officer at Aberdeen.
