Folios 82-83: Simon Mackenzie, HMS Sheerness, Spithead. He reports the arrival of the Rattler and the Prince the two ships he is directed to take under his Convoy and as per the orders dated 25 April 1795 he is directed to call at Guernsey for the former, he therefore requests directions as to how he is to act, she [the Rattler] not having been at Guernsey.
