Folios 78-79: Simon Mackenzie, HMS Sheerness, Spithead. States that Captain Francis Parry of HMS Prince having applied for Lieutenant Hugh Cook of HMS Sheerness and the Board not agreeing to it without the approbation of his Captain. He states he has no objection to his being removed into HMS Prince. He likewise requests the appointment of Lieutenant James Nasmyth Marshall (who is now at Portsmouth) unemployed in his room.
