Folios 244-245: Thomas Rogers, HMS Princess of Orange, Chatham. As the ship is about to be paid off, asks if he can discharge the Midshipmen and Master's Mates half-and-half into HMS Monarch and HMS Nassau, since those two ships will be taking the bulk of the crew. The exception is Mr Fabian, whom he wishes to discharge into HMS Utrecht.
