Folios 618-619: William Love, HMS Tisiphone, Needles, Lymington. He has had the letter of 18 December 1812 stating he has not raised enough men but he points out that Lymington is not big enough as he is surrounded by the press gangs of Poole and Southampton. He also is manned by invalids and has not enough men for his ship. The five he did impress were released by the local Justice.
