Folios 606-607: Woodley James Lye, HMS Doris, Hamoaze. He recommends his Gunner and Carpenter who served under Edward Pellew.
Folios 608-609 enclosure with folios 606-607. Printed papers dated 24 March 1807 from Sir Edward Pellew, Rear Admiral of the White East Indies, to John Bacchus, Mate of HMS Culloden, appointing him Acting Gunner.
Folios 610-611: enclosure with folios 608-609. Printed paper dated 24 April 1810 from William O' Bryen Drury, Rear Admiral of the Blue, East Indies appointing John Scott Carpenter of HMS Victor to HMS Doris.
