Folios 601-602: Henry Litchfield, HMS Mohawk, Port Royal Harbour, Jamaica. Reports he has taken the ship out of commission, returned her stores, discharged himself and her crew to HMS Argo and delivered her to Commissioner Daniel Woodriffe, as ordered by Captain William Fothergill. Encloses a report on the Mohawk's warrant officers.
Folio 602A: enclosed with folios 601-602. Report dated 17 October 1814 and signed by Commander Henry Litchfield, HMS Mohawk, Port Royal Harbour, Jamaica on the two warrant officers serving aboard the Mohawk, Acting Lieutenant Charles Ayre and Purser H B Long.
