Folios 212-213: Edward Lloyd, 41 Norfolk Street. Reports that while serving as a Lieutenant in HMS Boadicea in July 1808 he was discharged to the signal station on the Island of Bourbon and remained there until he joined HMS Africaine in November. He has received no pay for this period, asks the Admiralty for an allowance.
