Folios 175-176: Woodley Losack, HMS Galatea, Spithead. Reports his arrival, having executed the orders he was given on 26 May. Encloses a copy of an order he received from Vice Admiral George Martin and [not present] a copy of his log and a list of vessels safely convoyed to Falmouth, Plymouth and Portsmouth.
Folio 177: enclosed with folios 175-176. Copy of an order dated 18 June 1813 and signed by Vice Admiral George Martin, Commander in Chief, Lisbon, HMS Stately, the Tagus, to Captain Woodley Losack, HMS Galatea. He is ordered to convoy the transports King George 3rd to Plymouth and Atlas, Christiana and Mary to Portsmouth, plus any vessels bound for Ireland or the St George's Channel as far as Plymouth.
