Folios 133-134: James Sykes (Navy Agent), Arundel Street. Asks that the name of Captain Samuel Leslie be placed on the Half Pay Lists for the periods between 8 February 1811 when he was promoted from Lieutenant on HMS Chiffone to 1 April when he took command of HMS Wilhelmina, and from 7 May 1812 when he left that ship to 17 August of the same year when he was appointed to HMS Malacca.
