Folios 172-173: The two men found to be unserviceable in a survey aboard HMS Prince Frederick are both fit. Barney McGill is definitely under the age of 40 but could look older as he is bald. He is a 'handy strong fellow.' John Gregory had been six years in the Swedish Navy and the Surgeon and Lieutenant Watson who examined him could find no evidence of Idiotism.
