Folios 167-168: William Love, HMS Tisiphone, Needles, Lymington. He could not send the letter of the 9 August 1811 to Captain Edward Rodney as he has already left for Jersey with General Don on HMS Fylla so he sent it to Admiral Sir Roger Curtis at Spithead.
