Folios 145-146: J. Lecky, Starbane. When he was a Sea Fencible, Lieutenant Jennings was allowed 9d a mile expenses but Lieutenant Theys was not even though he was directed by Admiral Bowen so he paid him £19. He also paid Captain Hughes and Lieutenant Neager and he sent in receipts. He asks to be paid or for the Lieutenants half pay to be stopped so he can be paid out of it. Captain Hughes is dead so his widow's pay should be stopped.
