Scale: 1 inch to 100 feet. Cardinal points. Prepared by Lieutenant Colonel E Cotter. Printed at the School of Military Engineers, Chatham, under the direction of Captain B A G Shelley; Commandant Major General T Fraser, CB, CMG. Corrected September 1899. Signed [by] Major Thomas Adams, Divisional Officer, Spike Island. All officers of the Royal Engineers. Stray loose insert in atlas: 'Ireland. Plans of the Barracks etc in the Belfast Division of the Dublin or Northern District'.
