Map 34. Ireland: County Donegal: Lough Swilly. Portion of Ordnance Survey of Ireland map sheet 37 Donegal with manuscript colouring in areas of Down Fort on Inch Island and Rathmullan Battery. Scale: 1 inch to 880 feet. Engraved at the Ordnance Survey Office, Phoenix Park by J Jones; decoration by J Peterkin and E Fitzgerald; lettering by David Nimmo and W Y Smith. Superintendent Lieutenant Colonel [Thomas Frederick] Colby, FRSL and E, MRIA. Reprinted under the direction of Captain [John] Cameron, on an electrotype of the original copperplate. Superintendent Lieutenant Colonel [Lewis Alexander] Hall. All officers of Royal Engineers. Manuscript date on map 26 April 1856.
