Item 16. Portion of Ordnance Survey of Ireland map sheet 20, County Cavan. Scale: 1 inch to 880 feet. Drawn at the Ordnance Survey Office, Phoenix Park by James Gillies, decoration by George McCoy and J Oldham, lettering by P Fraser and P Fraser Junior. Superintendent [Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Frederick] Colby, Royal Engineers FRS and L, MRIA [flourished c.1835]. Manuscript colouring shows Cavan barracks.
Bound in atlas 'Ireland. Plans of the Barracks etc in the Belfast Division of the Dublin or Northern District', 1863.
