Includes six codicils dated 13 May 1803, 6 September 1803, 19 February 1804, 4 April 1804, 19 April 1804, and 11 September 1805; private letter relating to second codicil, dated 6 September 1803; private diary containing codicil dated 21 October 1805 and proved 11 July 1806; and two affidavits, one by William, Lord Merton and John Tyson, dated 18 December 1805, and one by Rev. Alexander John Scott, dated 30 June 1806. Proved 23 December 1805.
