Folios 401-402: Joseph Ore Masefield, HMS Atalante, Plymouth Sound. Reports his arrival with three French Doggers laden with timber of the larger dimensions very fit for the purpose of His Majesty's Navy.
Folios 403-404: enclosure with folios 401-402. Letter dated 26 September1803 by Joseph Ore Masefield to Admiral Cornwallis. Reports his proceedings along with some intelligence and further details about the capture of the three French doggers.
