Folios 366-367: George Martin, HMS Colossus. Advising that on 16 June, while engaged in impressing men for the Service, Lieutenant Isaac Brookbank was attacked by a number of people on Tower Hill, and during the scuffle his pocketbook was stolen, which contained his commission for the Colossus. Requesting that he be issued with a replacement.
