Folios 234A-234B: John Willoughby Marshall, HMS Lynx, Yarmouth Roads. Advising that the sailors at this port have for some days stopped work and prevented several vessels leaving, until an increase in wages is received. The mayor has asked Captain Marshall to remain in the Roads until the men return to their duty and he has agreed to this.
