Folios 214-215: Edward Marsh, St Mary's, Scilly. Advising that his officers have all asked him to represent to their Lordships the expense they are continually under from having to hire boats, as they are required for so many purposes, and therefore asks that they may be allowed a six-oared boat for the station. And until one is procured he asks that the expense of hiring one may be included in the accfount of disbursements.
