Folios 202-203: Charles John Moore Mansfield, HMS Minotaur, off the Black Rocks. Noting that the ship has no chaplain aboard, asks if their Lordships will appoint the Revd Henry Thomas Jones of Rochester College for that position, and if they do approve that they will ask him to take a ship from Plymouth to join the Minotaur off Brest.
