Folios 154-155: Robert Mansel, HMS Beschermer, off Harwich. Sending on a letter received that day from Captain Temple, of HMS Tartarus, bomb vessel, concerning two deserters.
Folios 156-157: enclosure with folios 154-155. Letter dated 21 November 1803 by Captain Francis Temple, of the Tartarus, off Harwich, who advises that two men have delivered themselves up to him: John Fisher, alias John Smith, had deserted HMS Autumn whilst aboard the Neptune as a supernumerary, and William Johnson had deserted from the Chichester.
