Folios 51-52: William Mansell, represented by Marsh & Reed of 23 Norfolk Street. Sending orders [not now present] showing that Captain Mansell had been appointed by Rear Admiral Sir Richard Pinkerton to be Acting Commander of HMS Kent, 19 June 1801, and by Admiral Lord Keith to be Acting Commander of HMS Bull Dog on 8 October 1801, and asking that he may now receive his pay for those commissions.
