Folios 20-21: Thomas Manby, HMS Africaine, Nore. Noting he has had no reply to a previous request for leave to take possession of a property left him in Norfolk, asks again, noting that the ship is at present in need of provisions and by the time she has completed them, and within 48 hours of receiving their Lordships' permission by telegraph, he will have returned. Also the court martial he is sure will be finished by the following morning so there will be no delay to that.
