Folios 350-351: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Regarding the refit of the Argus Revenue Cutter and reports of having raised 24 men for the Nore. Has not been able to send the Sheerness tender to Hull under the command of the regulating officer there has it has not returned from the Nore.
