Folios 261-262: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reply to letter dated 3 May 1803, requesting he state the case of John Andrew. He reports he was a servant impressed on HMS Hound on 30 April 1803. He states that having received a letter from the Master the day after he was impressed, nearly the same as the one sent to the Admiralty, he discharged him along with another person.
Folios 263-264: enclosure with folios 261-262. Letter dated 3 May 1803 by [Thomas?] Cockburn, No 13 Devonshire Street, Portland Place, to the Admiralty. Petition for the discharge of John Andrew a Servant, native of India recently arrived in Walthamstow.
