Folios 252-253: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reply to letter dated 29 April 1803. Requesting he state the case of Thomas Potts. He reports that is above 21 years of age but as he represents himself to be an apprentice not having been at sea 3 years, he was detained as a doubtful case. As his indentures were sent to the Admiralty he has been discharged.
