Folios 248-249: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reply to letter dated 22 April 1803 respecting the disposal of the Revenue Cutters. He reports that he has sent the Defence to Plymouth, the Active to Torbay and the Fly to attend Sir James Saumarez at the Nore, with the new raised men, six in number raised in the last three days. The Ant he has taken the liberty of reserving for the Service here.
