Folios 111-112: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. He acknowledges their Command of the 16 March 1803 directing him to send a daily report of New Raised Men and sorry to report that today we raised none. Of the Forty men impressed yesterday in the Vicinity of Deptford, Five only comes under the denomination of being retained in His Majesty's Service. He also reports the Arrival of the Fly Revenue Cutter and have dispatched HMS Censor Gun Brig (which arrived this morning) to the Nore. HMS Defence he has ordered to the Tower to receive what New Raised Men Captain Thomas Richbell may have to transport to the Nore. The Ant and Fly Revenue Cutters he has employed on the Impress Service with proper Naval Officers in each.
