Folios 97-98: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. He is sorry to hear of their disapprobation of the reasons stated by Lieutenant James Fegen for the escape of the Seven Impressed men mentioned in his letter of the 12 March 1803 and shall communicate the same to him as soon as Possible, HMS Conflict being at present at the Nore. He informs that the Revenue Vessels have not yet arrived, the Gun Brigs are at present all absent with new raised men except HMS Constant which is not yet in a fit state for service. The instant they arrive he will send them back to the Nore as per their Commands. HMS Jalouse's Royal Marines he will put aboard her tomorrow morning in Galleons Reach.
