Folios 81-82: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reports that the Master of the American Ship the Warren has applied to him for the discharge of Euat Swagerman one of the persons mentioned in Mr Marsden's letter of 12 March 1803 and who as he had stated has no indentures so was detained on HMS Hound. The Master this morning produced his Indentures so he has discharged him.
