Folios 75-76: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Acknowledge receipt of Mr Marsden's letter dated 12 March 1803. He states that the first eight men have been put on board HMS Adder and underwent a strict examination by Captains Alexander Robert Kerr and Christopher Strachey and afterwards further regulated by himself and were disposed with as follows:- From the Warren:- John McConnel, Robert Falman, Alexander Kirkman & Thomas Church - Sent down to the Nore in HMS Ranger. Thomas Williams, Coson Emers[?] & William White - Discharged on 12 March 1803. Euat[?] Swagerman - Remains on board HMS Hound. From the Three Brothers - Cenry Lawson - Not found and from the Hind Samuel Moore - Sent to the Nore in HMS Diligence.
