Folios 59-60: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. States some Impressed men having escaped from HMS Conflict he required her Commander to account for the escape. He encloses his answer merely to shew the necessity of having more Royal Marines than he has at present.
Folios 61-62: enclosure with folios 59-60. Letter dated 12 March 1803 by James Fegen, HMS Conflict, to Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound. Report on the escape of Thomas [Shevell?] and William Harbour both aged 21.
