Folios 32-33: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. States in consideration of HMS Hound having been paid off and in consequence of which several of the principal Evidence being discharged Vis Lieutenant Child and Mr Rodmore, Master, who are sick at Haslar Hospital, and others who are paid off and discharged from the Service. He wishes to withdraw part of the charges contained in his letter of 28 February 1803 against Lieutenant Buller and he wishes to substitute the Charges contained in the enclosed [not present] letter.
