Folios 27-28: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reply to letter dated 2 March 1803 enclosing the Daily Progress Report of HMS Hound of 28 February 1803 without a signature, of which omission, which was due to his being distracted by his dealing with the embezzlement of stores. He encloses the report now signed.
Folio 29: enclosure with folios 27-28. Daily progress report of HMS Hound at Deptford, Monday 28 February 1803. Signed Keith Maxwell.
